Assamese Snacks – A Journey of Tradition and Taste

Navajeevan Rehabilitation Centre

The journey of Assamese Snacks began in 2005 under the vision and leadership of Mrs. Rinku Barua Mahanta. With her initiative, local Assamese delicacies such as ladoos, pithas, and a variety of traditional snacks were prepared and introduced to the public on a business platform.

Her dedication and passion quickly won the hearts of people, earning immense appreciation. However, despite the love and support, the venture had to pause for a few years.

Today, with renewed spirit and determination, Mrs. Rinku Barua Mahanta has once again revived this cherished initiative. Under her guidance, Assamese Breakfast has been reintroduced to delight the taste buds of the community. A wide range of authentic local sweets and snacks are now available at Kazipara, bringing back the rich flavors of Assam to the people.

With Mrs. Rinku Barua Mahanta leading the way, Assamese Snacks is not just food—it is a celebration of culture, tradition, and community.
